Everything really. Most nicer hotels have a lot of blind spots or little disappointments that add up and things that were made to look misleadingly good, making stays full of little let downs and this hotel might be the best place I've stayed in many years. Room service was great, the food was really very good. When on rare occasion I can afford to. I will be back.

The comfort of the beds, the pool is heated, good Wi-Fi connection, rich breakfasts (although important exclusions of adult treatments for children in the rate are not made clear in the reservations), the central location.

We stayed here for 1 night as we had an early flight The room was lovely comfortable bed and fabulous pillows Staff friendly and helpful We are coming back at the end of our trip for 2 nights with breakfast so will update after that stay

This hotel is a true five star experience. From the staff that goes out of their way to provide everything we needed, to the relaxing spa massages, the delicious food options and comfortable rooms, we were not ready to leave after five days. We will be returning.

Very modern hotel right in the center of the city. Easy to get to local museums. The hotel has a sauna which can be used until 10pm. The afternoon coffee/tea is included in the price as well as the snacks after 6pm, which is a nice touch.

our stay was amazing the staff was super friendly. i love everything about this hotel. is at walking distance to shops and restaurants. the hotel has great shuttle service. the breakfast was amazing there were so many choices. i love how secure and organized they are. the hotel was always clean and our room was amazing

The restaurants were excellent. The food was excellent. The service was excellent. The employees were super friendly and helpful with anything they could do to make this stay more comfortable. I’m going back this week.

Really nice property restaurant staff were amazing. Breakfast buffet is absolutely fantastic. Loved the spa that’s always a nice addition.

The front desk staff was amazing when we walked in, and they were very welcoming. The restaurant staff as well. Very kind and professional. The location is very central. The food is great! Fitness facility was great.
